Project Description:
This Design/Build project is unique to the Tallahassee area.  This building includes a vault encompasing the entire first floor,  The first floor consist of a showroom and offices.  The second floor includes a breakroom, conference room, executive offices, a jewlery fabrication room and additional space for jewlery displays as well as private showings.  The construction of the first floor entailed placing over 120 tons of reinforcing steel and pouring over 500 cubic yards of high strength concrete into the wall, floor and ceiling for a 12 inch thick security barrier.  The front vestible includes a 4 wide by 8 foot tall stainless steel vault door.  A second  vault door is located on the back of the building.  Other features include parallel / redundant security systems, CCTV security cameras, specialty lighting and high end finishes.
