The Tallahassee Pulmonary Clinic is a respected choice for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary disorders and conditions such as asthma, emphysema, bronchitis, pneumonia, lung cancer and sleep disorders.
When it came time to consolidate the three existing pulmonary clinics into one convenient location, they turned to Riley Palmer Construction.
The choice was easy for TPC’s Dr. Clifton Bailey, who was already familiar with Riley Palmer Construction Co.’s quality work. Company founder Riley Palmer himself built his house.
The renovation of the former VA clinic off of Mahan Drive did not disappoint.
“It went remarkably smooth,” Dr. Bailey said. “It was great, they had good input and lots of excellent suggestions.”
Those suggestions were particularly useful in economizing the project. RPCC President Sutton Webb and his team found ways to downsize the heating and air conditioning system and salvage the existing bathrooms, resulting in a significant reduction in the overall project cost.
“Getting 11 doctors and 50 employees pleased is quite a challenge,” Dr. Bailey said. But Riley Palmer Construction delivered. “They love it. Everyone is very pleased, even a year later. If I was to do it over, I’d do it exactly the same.”
